A journey of leaving behind old versions of myself. Of travelling through different countries with very little. Of living on the road, sleeping on the streets, learning how to adapt, survive, let go, and continue moving forward through uncertainty.
A journey of searching for freedom, meaning, healing, and something deeper than the fast rhythm of modern life.
But also a journey shaped by real life. By difficult moments. By emotional collapse. By solitude. By deep self-reflection, and the kind of experiences that completely change the way you see yourself and the world around you.
For years, I explored different paths of self-discovery through yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, art, movement, nature, and human connection.
Part of this journey led me to the Himalayas of India, where I immersed myself in yogic philosophy, the teachings of Patanjali, meditation, and ancient spiritual practices that deeply transformed the way I understand life, presence, suffering, healing, and the human mind.
Omshantitribe was born naturally from all of those experiences. Everything shared here carries a part of that path.
The books.
The teachings.
The mindful content.
The handcrafted creations.
The van life moments.
The reflections on healing, freedom, simplicity, and conscious living.
This is not about perfection. It is about authenticity. About slowing down enough to reconnect with yourself again.
In a world that constantly pushes people to move faster, consume more, and disconnect from the present moment, this space is an invitation to breathe deeper, live slower, and remember what truly matters.
Thank you for being here and sharing part of this journey with me.
Your presence genuinely means more than you know.
With gratitude,
Francisco Perez ॐ

Each book is an invitation to slow down, return to yourself, and discover that the peace you are looking for is not far away — it is within you.
Francisco's teaching is not built on performance or self-improvement as an end in itself. It is built on the quiet, radical idea that what most people are truly searching for is already accessible — through presence, the body, the breath, and the willingness to slow down.
This philosophy was shaped through lived experience — van life, travel, silence, the mountains of India, years of personal practice in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, and the honest work of returning to himself again and again.
Yogas citta-vrtti-nirodhah — Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind. This single sutra anchors everything Francisco teaches and writes.
Two complete systems — Hatha for grounding and alignment, Ashtanga for discipline, breath, and internal fire.
The breath is the bridge between body and mind — the most direct tool for healing the nervous system.
The body holds what the mind tries to avoid. Massage therapy as a path to integration, not just relaxation.
Slowing down is not a retreat from life — it is the deepest return to it.
Healing begins with the courage to see clearly, feel fully, and stop running from what is real.
